Program Manager
Job Summary
To support a senior clinical leader, the contract Program/Portfolio Manager will manage complex, large-scale programs remotely, guiding project managers on SDLC practices and ensuring project execution across a highly regulated portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage complex, large-scale programs equivalent to 10-15 typical projects
- Guide and mentor program/project managers on foundational SDLC practices
- Coordinate cross-functionally with IT, vendors, and stakeholders to keep projects on track
Required Qualifications:
- Strong blend of business acumen and IT experience
- Proven experience managing multiple large, complex programs or projects simultaneously
- Experience mentoring or guiding project/program managers on SDLC fundamentals
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Experience with SaaS implementations and API integrations
