Program Manager
Job Summary
Driving strategic initiatives across ERP, WMS, OMS, and TMS platforms, the remote Program Manager will lead high-impact cross-functional programs to enhance system integration and operational efficiency while serving as a key liaison between customers and engineering teams.
Key responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional programs to improve supply chain technology stack integration and operational visibility
- Analyze workflows to identify efficiency gains and apply AI-enabled tooling for process re-engineering
- Manage risk, scope, and change control across multiple workstreams, ensuring successful adoption of new systems and processes
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations technology, with 3+ years in program/project management
- In-depth knowledge of at least two of the following systems: ERP, WMS, OMS, TMS
- Experience with AI/automation tools and process engineering methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma)
- Proven track record of leading complex, multi-stakeholder programs from initiation to stabilization
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
