Job Summary

Overseeing the successful delivery of large-scale digital transformation programs, the full-time remote Program Manager will manage program scope, timelines, budgets, and risks while ensuring alignment with business goals and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program delivery for multiple digital initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
• Serve as the primary point of contact for executive stakeholders and client sponsors, facilitating transparency and trust
• Establish and optimize delivery frameworks, governance models, and agile best practices across projects

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
• 6+ years of experience in digital project or program management, ideally in a consulting or agency environment
• Proven experience leading complex, multi-workstream digital transformation programs
• Strong knowledge of agile, waterfall, and hybrid delivery models
• Deep understanding of digital platforms, product design, cloud technologies, and enterprise systems
