Program Manager

Job Summary

To lead complex software and platform initiatives, the remote Associate Program Manager will define and manage cross-functional programs, partner with Product and Engineering leaders, and ensure alignment between business objectives and development priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Define and manage cross-functional programs aligned with product strategy and company goals
• Establish program milestones, track progress, and proactively manage risks and dependencies
• Coordinate delivery across multiple engineering teams, ensuring alignment and accountability

Required qualifications

• 5 years of experience in Program Management, Technical Program Management, or Project Management within a software or technology organization
• Strong understanding of software development processes, including Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid methodologies
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field required
• Experience working in SaaS, FinTech, payments, or platform-based technology environments
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar engineering collaboration tools
