Program Manager
Job Summary
Overseeing all aspects of the C2SET program, the full-time remote Program Manager will manage planning, staffing, stakeholder engagement, budget management, and contract compliance while ensuring the delivery of advanced M&S capabilities for operational training and decision support.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison with the Government C2SET PM and PCO, ensuring deliverables meet established objectives
- Lead risk management, financial, and resource management, integrating agile processes and supporting government-led product ownership
- Oversee the transition, sustainment, integration, and modernization of all supported C2SET environments
Required qualifications
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a product or program manager overseeing software development teams, with experience in C5ISR M&S
- Program Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional teams and multiple program aspects
- Highly effective communicator with experience engaging senior government program authorities
