Program Manager
Job Summary
Leading the execution of a large-scale government contract, the full-time remote Program Manager will oversee program activities for multiple agile product teams delivering Veteran-facing digital health experiences while serving as the primary contact for government partners and ensuring successful contract delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day program management activities supporting multiple agile product teams
- Manage integrated program schedules, milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies
- Develop and deliver recurring program reports and dashboards to track program health and performance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 8-10 years of project or program management experience with complex federal technology programs
- 5+ years of experience leading agile product teams, preferably in healthcare or digital health environments
- Experience supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs or other federal civilian agencies
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery and product lifecycle management
