Job Summary

Seeking a remote contract Program Manager, the ideal candidate will manage a collection of retail store projects, ensuring successful delivery through collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders while leveraging agile methodologies.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with product management and engineering to define success criteria and prioritize high-impact initiatives
• Ensure comprehensive project planning, including budgets, milestones, and risk mitigation strategies, while adapting to evolving business needs
• Lead cross-functional teams through project challenges, fostering clear communication and collaborative problem-solving

Required qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of program management experience, preferably in the Retail Technology space
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, with hands-on experience in Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe frameworks
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a track record of influencing diverse audiences
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence without authority
• Retail experience and familiarity with tools like Jira and Aha! are a plus
