Job Summary

Managing a collection of projects spanning several store experiences, the remote contract Program Manager will independently oversee critical business-impacting programs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery in a dynamic retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with product management, engineering, and stakeholders to define success criteria and prioritize initiatives based on data-driven insights
• Ensure comprehensive project planning, including budgets, milestones, and risk mitigation strategies, while adapting to evolving business needs
• Lead cross-functional teams through project challenges, fostering clear communication and collaboration to drive successful outcomes

Required qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of program management experience, preferably in the Retail Technology space
• Retail experience with proven ability to interface with external customers, partners, and vendors
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, with hands-on experience in Scrum, Kanban, or scaled frameworks like SAFe
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing diverse audiences
• Strong leadership skills, able to influence without authority
