Program Manager

Job Summary

Managing the execution of a development program, the full-time remote Program Manager will plan, execute, and finalize projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to deadlines and budget constraints.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop project scope, deliverables, resources, work plans, budgets, and timelines in collaboration with project sponsors and teams
• Direct and manage the full lifecycle of program/project development, ensuring effective communication and relationship building with project managers
• Conduct project assessments, provide progress reports, and contribute to process improvement activities

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline, or equivalent education and experience
• 10+ years of experience in Project or Program Management, preferably in IT or a similar field
• 6+ years of experience in a management role, with a focus on program management
• 6+ years of experience in continuous improvement, process management, or customer service
• Exceptional knowledge of project and program management methodologies and techniques
