Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading the planning and execution of complex, cross-functional programs, the full-time remote Program Manager will manage strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budgets while collaborating with various departments.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of strategic programs, defining scopes, schedules, and deliverables in partnership with stakeholders
• Act as the main point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment across organizations
• Identify and mitigate risks early, troubleshoot issues, and track progress against milestones to keep programs on track

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional programs, preferably within SaaS or enterprise software
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Engineering, Computer Science) or equivalent experience
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Monday.com, Jira, Asana, or similar, and Agile/Scrum frameworks
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to define and track KPIs and use data for decision-making
• PMP, Agile, Scrum Master, or similar project/program management certification
