Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading the planning and execution of complex, cross-functional programs, the full-time Program Manager will manage end-to-end delivery, ensuring alignment with company goals and budgets while collaborating with various teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the delivery of strategic programs, defining scopes, schedules, and deliverables in partnership with stakeholders
• Act as the main point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment
• Identify and mitigate risks early, troubleshooting issues to maintain program momentum

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional programs in a SaaS or technical environment
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Engineering, Computer Science) or equivalent experience
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Monday.com, Jira, or Asana, and Agile/Scrum frameworks
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to define and track KPIs
• Project/program management certification (PMP, Agile, Scrum Master, etc.) is preferred
