Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading the planning and execution of complex, cross-functional programs, the full-time Program Manager will collaborate with various teams to ensure alignment with business goals, manage resources, and mitigate risks in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of strategic programs, ensuring alignment with company goals, timelines, and budget
• Act as the main point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders, facilitating clear communication and collaboration
• Define KPIs and report on program health and impact to leadership, utilizing data for prioritization and continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional programs in a SaaS or technical environment
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Engineering, Computer Science) or equivalent experience
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Monday.com, Jira, or Asana, and Agile/Scrum frameworks
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to define and track KPIs
• Project/program management certification (PMP, Agile, Scrum Master, etc.) is preferred
