Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading the planning and execution of complex, cross-functional programs, the full-time Program Manager will ensure alignment with business goals, manage resources, and track progress while collaborating with various teams in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of strategic programs, defining scopes, schedules, and deliverables
• Act as the main point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication
• Define KPIs for program health and impact, reporting on metrics to leadership

Required qualifications

• 5+ years managing complex, cross-functional programs in a SaaS or technical environment
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Engineering, Computer Science) or equivalent experience
• Familiarity with project management tools like Monday.com, Jira, or Asana
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across diverse audiences
• Project/program management certification (PMP, Agile, Scrum Master, etc.)
