Program Manager
Job Summary
Leading the execution and management of IT Support Services, the full-time Program Manager will oversee contract performance, staffing, quality control, and risk management in a hybrid work environment across Norfolk, VA, Washington, DC, and Lakeland, FL.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead overall contract operations and ensure successful execution of all Statement of Work (SOW) requirements
- Serve as the primary Contractor management interface with Government stakeholders, including the Contracting Officer and Technical Monitor
- Manage cross-functional teams supporting various IT services, ensuring compliance with contract deliverables and performance metrics
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible IT experience
- At least 5 years of experience managing complex IT programs or service-delivery contracts
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and software development
- Ability to satisfy all Government security and access requirements applicable to the position
