Program Manager
Job Summary
To support compliance, reliability, and audit readiness initiatives for a leading technology organization, the remote Program Manager will lead FedRAMP compliance efforts, manage audit findings, and partner with cross-functional teams while utilizing Jira for project management.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate FedRAMP compliance efforts across technical and operational teams
- Track, manage, and report on audit findings and compliance milestones
- Develop and maintain compliance dashboards and facilitate cross-functional meetings
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of program management experience within technology, cloud, or regulated environments
- Strong background supporting FedRAMP compliance initiatives and audit activities
- Experience working closely with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) teams
- Advanced proficiency with Jira for ticket management and workflow tracking
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Business, or a related field preferred
