Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading a cross-functional core team, the full-time remote Program Manager will define and implement Quote to Cash processes for new product offerings, ensuring readiness and successful execution across all products.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the definition and execution of Quote to Cash functions, including product structures, pricing, and tool setup
• Represent the Commerce team in the Product Life Cycle process, communicating program goals and managing risks
• Assess and communicate project status and risks to management, presenting options for resolution to executive teams

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in program management or a related technical role
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science; advanced degrees are preferred
• Strong knowledge of Quote to Cash and product lifecycle processes
• Proven ability to analyze and consolidate information into actionable plans
• Experience leading executive review processes and ensuring compliance with governance requirements
