Job Summary

Leading large-scale strategic transformation initiatives, the full-time salaried Program Manager will drive business value across the enterprise by managing complex programs, improving operational processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and deliver large-scale strategic programs from inception through delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy
• Develop integrated program plans, manage scope, risks, and change requests, and track program performance
• Build partnerships with business leaders and support organizational change activities through effective communication and stakeholder engagement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Operations Management, Information Systems, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred
• At least 7 years of experience in program management, business transformation, or operational improvement
• Demonstrated success in leading complex, cross-functional initiatives with measurable outcomes
• Strong program and project management capabilities, including proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools and project management platforms
• Ability to develop business cases and benefit realization plans, along with advanced analytical and executive communication skills
