Job Summary

To deliver complex programs requiring cross-functional collaboration, the full-time contract Program Manager will manage project scope, budget, and timelines while effectively interacting with executive management and internal teams in a completely remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver programs within defined scope, quality, time, and budget constraints while managing associated risks
• Oversee project scope definition, requirements gathering, schedule development, and status reporting
• Facilitate strategic planning and complex issue resolution through effective communication and team building

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or finance/corporate development
• Strong project/program management experience with M&A focus
• Proven ability to manage shifting timelines and competing priorities
• Experience delivering technology and business application solutions in large-scale environments
• Proficiency in project estimating, scheduling, and risk management
