Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading the planning and execution of complex, cross-functional programs, the full-time Program Manager will collaborate with various departments to ensure initiatives align with business goals, timelines, and budgets while managing risks and metrics in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of strategic programs, ensuring alignment with company goals and timelines
• Act as the main point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders, facilitating clear communication
• Define KPIs for program health and impact, reporting on them to leadership and using data for prioritization decisions

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional programs in a SaaS or related technical environment
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Engineering, Computer Science) or equivalent experience
• Familiarity with project management tools like Monday.com, Jira, or Asana, and Agile/Scrum frameworks
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across various stakeholders
• Project/program management certification (PMP, Agile, Scrum Master, etc.)
