Program Manager
Job Summary
Driving a portfolio of high-impact business and technology initiatives, the full-time remote Program Manager will lead multi-project structures, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure predictable, outcome-driven delivery while supporting transformation initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Lead multi-project program structures with clear outcomes and alignment to strategic OKRs
- Facilitate executive roadmap reviews and cross-functional planning to manage dependencies and risks
- Drive program-level reporting, value realization, and mentor Project Managers and Scrum Masters
Required qualifications
- 8-12+ years in delivery leadership roles such as PM III, Program Manager, or Agile Lead
- Deep expertise in Agile at scale, flow efficiency, and dependency mapping
- Strong business acumen with the ability to influence enterprise decisions
- Certifications such as SAFe, PMI-PgMP, ICAgile, or Scrum Master
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
