Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading the coordination and delivery of multiple product implementation programs for global manufacturing customers, the full-time remote Program Manager will manage program scope, deliverables, and budgets while collaborating with cross-functional teams and communicating status to stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the execution of customer programs to ensure alignment with organizational goals
• Collaborate with technical leads and teams to develop program plans and track progress
• Identify and mitigate program risks while monitoring the effectiveness of implemented solutions

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in program or project management, preferably in the supply chain industry
• Experience with Planning and Execution Solutions, WMS, and TMS in the automotive sector
• Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees preferred
• Demonstrated experience in conflict management and resolution for stakeholders
