Program Manager
Job Summary
Leading enterprise-wide programs and strategic initiatives, the remote contract-to-hire Program Manager will oversee complex projects across Information Security, Infrastructure, and Application Development while providing leadership and governance to cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise-wide programs and portfolios from initiation through successful delivery
- Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to Project Managers and cross-functional teams
- Establish governance structures and ensure adherence to PMO standards and best practices
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in program and project management leading complex enterprise initiatives
- Proven track record of managing large-scale, enterprise-wide programs and portfolios
- Experience with risk management related to Information Security, Infrastructure, and Application Development
- Strong knowledge of project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or Azure DevOps
- 2+ years of experience mentoring and overseeing Project Managers within a PMO or program structure
