Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of Project Managers, the full-time remote Program Manager will ensure predictable delivery of client-facing projects, oversee portfolio execution, and maintain financial discipline across multiple initiatives while managing a limited personal project load.

Key responsibilities

• Provide execution oversight for assigned project portfolios, ensuring delivery to scope, schedule, quality, and financial expectations
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Project Managers, including performance reviews and training
• Own portfolio-level financial management, including budgets, EACs, cash flow, and margin performance

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience delivering client-facing projects
• 3+ years of experience leading or mentoring Project Managers
• Strong financial and forecasting skills, including EAC development and cash flow management
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred
• Preferred experience in technical, engineering, automation, or integration environments
