Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading the planning and execution of complex, cross-functional programs, the full-time Program Manager will partner with various departments to ensure alignment with business goals, manage project delivery from scoping to launch, and address risks while working in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of strategic programs, ensuring alignment with company goals, timelines, and budget
• Act as the main point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders, facilitating clear communication across all parties
• Define KPIs for program health and impact, reporting on metrics to leadership and using data for continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional programs, preferably in SaaS or enterprise software
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Engineering, Computer Science) or equivalent experience
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Monday.com, Jira, Asana, or similar
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to define and track KPIs
• Project/program management certification (PMP, Agile, Scrum Master, etc.)
