Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading the planning and execution of complex, cross-functional programs, the full-time Program Manager will partner with various teams to ensure alignment with business goals, manage program delivery from scoping to launch, and mitigate risks while working in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of strategic programs, ensuring alignment with company goals, timelines, and budget
• Act as the main point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders, facilitating clear communication
• Define KPIs for program health and impact, reporting metrics to leadership and using data for prioritization decisions

Required qualifications

• 5+ years managing complex, cross-functional programs, preferably in a SaaS or enterprise software environment
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Engineering, Computer Science) or equivalent experience
• Familiarity with project management tools like Monday.com, Jira, or Asana, and Agile/Scrum frameworks
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, adaptable to various audiences
• Project/program management certification such as PMP, Agile, or Scrum Master
