Job Summary
Providing leadership and overall responsibility for technology and business unit programs, the full-time remote Program Manager will coordinate project activities, ensure timely completion within budget, and advise program teams on project scope and deliverables.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor scheduling, pricing, and technical performance of programs
- Ensure projects adhere to timelines and budgets while following IT governance
- Collaborate with business segment managers and sponsors to define project scope and deliverables
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 7+ years of related experience
- Experience in Banking or Financial Services preferred
- Strong understanding of project lifecycle methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile/Scrum)
- Experience leading large, cross-functional IT programs and projects
