Program Manager
Job Summary
Leading the planning and execution of complex, cross-functional programs, the full-time Program Manager will collaborate with various teams to ensure alignment with business goals, manage project delivery, and mitigate risks in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of strategic programs, ensuring alignment with company goals, timelines, and budget
- Act as the main point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders, facilitating clear communication and alignment
- Define KPIs for program health and impact, using data to inform prioritization and continuous improvement
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional programs, preferably in SaaS or enterprise software

- Familiarity with project management tools like Monday.com, Jira, or Asana, and Agile/Scrum frameworks
- Strong analytical skills for defining and tracking KPIs and making data-driven decisions
- Project/program management certification (PMP, Agile, Scrum Master, etc.)
