Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading the evolution of strategic programs, the fully remote Contract Program Manager will manage the advancement of four AI-enabled initiatives focused on operator profitability, pricing optimization, site scoring, and sentiment analytics, driving measurable improvements across a network of approximately 4,000 locations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the advancement of four strategic programs through defined maturity stages by achieving established performance metrics and program milestones
• Design, develop, and implement AI/ML-driven analytics solutions to support business decision-making and enhance operational capabilities
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align business objectives and deliver measurable program results while monitoring key performance indicators

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Analytics, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in program or project management, particularly with data, analytics, or AI-enabled initiatives
• Demonstrated fluency with AI tools applied to analytical work products
• Strong cross-functional stakeholder management skills, especially with field/operations teams
• Familiarity with a modern data/BI stack (e.g., Snowflake) and a CRM (e.g., Salesforce) is preferred
