Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading the planning and execution of complex, cross-functional programs, the full-time Program Manager will collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment with business goals, manage project delivery, and drive continuous improvement in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of strategic programs, ensuring alignment with company goals, timelines, and budget
• Act as the main point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders, facilitating clear communication and collaboration
• Define KPIs to track program health and impact, reporting findings to leadership for informed decision-making

Required qualifications

• 5+ years managing complex, cross-functional programs, preferably in SaaS or enterprise software environments
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Engineering, Computer Science) or equivalent experience
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Monday.com, Jira, or Asana, and Agile/Scrum frameworks
• Strong analytical skills for defining and tracking KPIs and making data-driven decisions
• Project/program management certification (PMP, Agile, Scrum Master, etc.) is preferred
