Program Manager

Job Summary

Providing overall contract management and performance oversight, the remote Program Manager will lead acquisition workforce modernization initiatives and serve as the primary point of contact with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Change Management Program Plan and stakeholder engagement strategy
• Ensure timely delivery of contract deliverables in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Government direction
• Lead stakeholder impact analysis and implement resistance mitigation planning and reinforcement strategies

Required qualifications

• Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP Certified Change Management Professional) or equivalent credential
• Minimum of five years of experience in leading organizational change or workforce transformation initiatives within federal agencies
• Experience conducting stakeholder impact assessments and developing change strategies
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional engagement efforts and facilitate executive-level discussions
• Documented experience in providing strategic advisory and change management services
