Job Summary
Partnering closely with executive leadership, the full-time remote Program Manager will drive the execution of strategic priorities in Precision Medicine, focusing on operational excellence, business planning, and functional transformation to enhance organizational effectiveness.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute annual strategic priorities and operating plans in collaboration with capability leaders
- Coordinate and monitor the execution of organizational objectives, milestones, and operational risks
- Facilitate key functional initiatives and support the implementation of transformation strategies across supported capabilities
Required qualifications
- Doctorate degree OR Master's degree with 2 years of relevant experience OR Bachelor's degree with 4 years of relevant experience OR Associate's degree with 8 years of relevant experience OR High school diploma/GED with 10 years of relevant experience
- Experience supporting leadership teams in a matrixed organization
- Strong skills in program or portfolio management
- Familiarity with financial stewardship and developing strategic roadmaps
- Proficiency with collaboration and AI tools such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams
