Job Summary

Serving as a critical link between U.S. operational models and international market requirements, the full-time remote Program Manager will manage the adaptation of training materials and operational playbooks while ensuring compliance with local regulations and cultural nuances.

Key Responsibilities:

• Audit and adapt U.S. training materials to ensure cultural relevance and accuracy for local markets
• Collaborate with local Master Driving Instructors to align training procedures with regional traffic laws and safety mandates
• Facilitate communication between global product teams and local experts to streamline content updates and approvals

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Learning Experience Design, Technical Writing, or Localization/Translation QA in regulated fields
• Proven ability to manage multiple content streams and adapt to changing regulatory requirements
• Elite editorial skills for linguistic clarity and technical accuracy in documentation
• Excellent interpersonal skills to bridge gaps between global teams and local stakeholders
• Proficiency with collaborative editing platforms and content management systems
