Program Manager
Job Summary
Supporting compliance and audit readiness initiatives, the remote Program Manager will lead FedRAMP compliance efforts, manage audit tracking, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a technology organization.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate FedRAMP compliance efforts across technical and operational teams
- Track, manage, and report on audit findings, remediation activities, and compliance milestones
- Utilize Jira to manage workstreams, monitor project progress, and maintain accurate documentation
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of program management experience within technology, cloud, or regulated environments
- Strong background supporting FedRAMP compliance initiatives and audit activities
- Experience working closely with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) teams and cloud-based operations
- Advanced proficiency with Jira for ticket management and workflow tracking
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Business, or a related field preferred
