Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading the planning and execution of complex, cross-functional programs, the full-time Program Manager will ensure alignment with business goals, manage resources, and track progress while collaborating with various teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of strategic programs, ensuring alignment with company goals, timelines, and budget
• Act as the main point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders, facilitating clear communication
• Define KPIs for program health and impact, reporting on metrics to leadership for continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• 5+ years managing complex, cross-functional programs in a SaaS or enterprise software environment
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Engineering, Computer Science) or equivalent experience
• Familiarity with project management tools like Monday.com, Jira, Asana, or similar
• Strong communication skills, capable of engaging with executives, engineers, and external partners
• PMP, Agile, Scrum Master, or similar project/program management certification
