Program Manager
Job Summary
Organized and proactive, the full-time remote Program Manager will oversee and drive a portfolio of related projects to successful completion, managing cross-functional initiatives and maintaining critical tracking artifacts such as Gantt charts and risk logs.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic programs that encompass multiple concurrent projects
- Continuously track, monitor, and report on the scope, status, budget, and metrics of projects within the program
- Proactively maintain the program risk log and develop actionable mitigation strategies for potential bottlenecks
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in project/program management leading complex, multi-project delivery
- Strong track record of analyzing risks and resolving cross-team blockers quickly
- Deep understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
- Proven ability to align cross-functional engineers and drive consensus under tight deadlines
- Working experience in the Healthcare Industry is strongly preferred
