Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading large-scale programs in a remote capacity, the full-time Program Manager will manage globally distributed teams, oversee New Product Development processes, and communicate progress to stakeholders, including executive-level presentations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage large or platform programs, ensuring deliverables and accountability across cross-functional teams
• Provide leadership on process improvements and impact assessments, while removing roadblocks and managing scope changes
• Prepare and deliver executive-level communications regarding product reviews and New Product Development initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, applied science, finance, business, management, or economics
• Advanced degree in a directly applicable area may substitute for up to two years of experience
• Preferred PMP Certification
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira
• Experience leading teams and managing stakeholder meetings in a matrix environment
