Program Manager

Job Summary

To support multiple cross-functional projects, the full-time remote Program Manager will oversee planning, coordination, and execution, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time and meet strategic business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project planning and execution from inception to completion, transforming ideas into successful outcomes
• Monitor project progress and set ambitious deadlines to ensure timely delivery and exceed expectations
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between teams and department heads to foster a cooperative work environment

Required Qualifications:

• Proficiency in contemporary web tools and technologies such as Zapier, Linear, and Google Docs
• Prior experience in project management or product management with a focus on problem-solving
• Strong organizational skills and analytical thinking, with a pragmatic approach to tasks
• Excellent interpersonal skills and proficiency in English, both written and verbal
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to tackle challenges head-on
