Program Manager
Job Summary
Driving strategic product initiatives, the full-time remote Program Manager will lead complex cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment between Product, Engineering, Design, Operations, and Go-to-Market teams.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage cross-functional product and technology initiatives from concept to launch
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business objectives into executable plans and monitor initiative progress
- Facilitate communication and coordination across various teams to ensure timely delivery and address dependencies
Required qualifications
- 5-7+ years of experience in Program Management within SaaS, hosting, cloud, eCommerce, or technology-driven organizations
- Expert-level proficiency with Jira and Confluence for managing roadmaps and project documentation
- Experience leading complex, cross-functional product and technical programs
- Strong understanding of product development lifecycles and Agile methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with Product Managers and Engineering Leaders
