Program Manager

Job Summary

To drive the adoption of the RainFocus events platform, the contract Program Manager will work remotely for three months, focusing on change management, training delivery, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure a smooth migration from previous platforms.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the change enablement plan for the RainFocus rollout, including stakeholder mapping and adoption milestones
• Build and deliver training sessions, quick-start guides, and role-based documentation for users
• Serve as the primary liaison between client stakeholders and the RainFocus vendor team, managing enablement workstreams

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in change management, enablement, marketing or events operations, or program management
• Hands-on experience with event management platforms, specifically RainFocus
• Demonstrated experience leading tool adoption or platform migrations across cross-functional teams
• Experience defining and tracking metrics to improve operational performance
• BA/BS degree in Marketing or Communications is preferred but not required
