Program Manager

Job Summary

To support the ambitious Project Phoenix initiative, the full-time remote Program Manager will oversee program planning, coordinate across workstreams, and ensure effective communication while driving organizational transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Own overall program planning, including maintaining the master timeline, milestones, and dependencies across workstreams and foundational initiatives
• Partner with workstream owners to track progress, surface risks, and facilitate timely decision-making
• Establish consistent status reporting and communication about Project Phoenix to ensure alignment and transparency across the organization

Required qualifications

• Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional programs or projects during significant organizational change
• Ability to connect authentically with individuals at all organizational levels
• Strong project management fundamentals, including planning, sequencing, and risk management
• Experience with technology, systems implementations, or business transformation programs is a strong plus
• Discretion and judgment with sensitive information, along with a bias toward action and accountability
