Job Summary
Leading a new project remotely, the full-time Program Manager will manage processes for assessing service members' fitness for duty and their eligibility for separation or retirement due to disability.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the management of processes related to service member fitness assessments
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure compliance with DoD policies and procedures
- Administer contracts and manage personnel involved in the project
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- PMP or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
- 10 years of experience overseeing large programs
- At least 5 years of experience managing staff and personnel
- Prior experience with contract administration
