Job Summary
To support operational excellence, the remote Program Manager will execute price increase launches, validate business requirements, and ensure smooth execution of change requests in a direct hire position.
Key responsibilities
- Execute predefined price increase launches through final delivery
- Validate launch scope, business requirements, and change request summary to ensure the new price points are correct
- Conduct any post submission tasks to ensure each change request is executed smoothly
Required qualifications
- 3-8 years in Program Management, Business Operations, or similar operational roles
- Strong proficiency in data analysis and manipulation, including experience with Excel and SQL
- Experience managing complex cross-functional operational processes with multiple stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work on time
- Operational service delivery experience in supporting business functions such as finance and marketing
