Program Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a motivated Program Manager for a full-time remote position, who will lead contract delivery for data-driven projects focused on fraud detection and prevention, manage project timelines, and coordinate with diverse teams while ensuring effective communication with clients and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead all aspects of contract delivery and manage client and internal relationships
• Oversee a team delivering data-driven projects related to fraud detection and prevention
• Maintain project timelines, track deliverables, and prepare financial status reports

Required qualifications:

• Five or more years of experience managing agile projects and delivering fraud analytics solutions
• Experience supporting advanced analytic and investigative support services with teams of 10 or more
• Proven track record in fraud prevention and detection, strategic thinking, and project management
• Experience managing to cost and schedule milestones consistent with project plans
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
