Job Summary
Leading overall contract performance for the DHA Disability Evaluation System, the full-time remote Program Manager will manage staffing, quality, and day-to-day coordination while also serving as the alternate to the Program Manager when required.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee contract performance, staffing, quality, and scheduling for program support
- Assume Program Manager responsibilities as needed and ensure effective program execution
- Coordinate day-to-day operations and manage personnel involved in the program
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience managing large programs
- 5+ years of experience overseeing and managing personnel
- Experience with contract administration
- Knowledge of DoD policies and procedures, including records management and quality assurance
- Bachelor's degree in any field and active PMP or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
