Program Manager

Job Summary

Owning structured programs end-to-end, the full-time remote Program Manager will manage field enablement initiatives, ensuring effective change management, communication, and adoption of new tools and workflows across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Track and prioritize enablement requests while maintaining workplans, milestones, and dependencies across active programs
• Coordinate change management initiatives and ensure training content aligns with program milestones
• Develop and manage transformation communications to ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the process

Required qualifications

• Experience in program and project management, particularly in change management contexts
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and hold them accountable for deliverables
• Strong writing skills for creating clear communications for diverse audiences
• Familiarity with tracking metrics related to readiness and adoption of new initiatives
• Background in real estate or related industries is preferred
