Job Summary

Seeking a dynamic Program Manager for a remote, temp-to-perm opportunity, who will manage cross-functional initiatives, oversee the development of patient conference resources, and ensure compliance and effectiveness of patient-facing materials in the healthcare sector.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal and external teams to support patient conference efforts and improve resource utilization
• Manage the development, approval, and inventory of patient support resources, ensuring alignment with compliance requirements
• Lead updates and budget management for consumer resources, providing actionable insights to inform resource planning

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 3+ years in the pharmaceutical industry with knowledge of compliance requirements
• 5+ years of project management experience in a creative or cross-functional environment
• Proven experience in budgeting and financial tracking for marketing resources
• Experience managing inventory and resource approval systems
