Job Summary
Managing programmatic activities for multiple complex research projects, the full-time remote Program Manager will collaborate with the Research Manager to improve workflows, ensure compliance with research protocols, and develop metrics for evaluating research performance.
Key responsibilities
- Oversees program growth and disseminates information to create public awareness and support
- Collaborates with leadership and community partners to develop and implement strategic plans
- Manages human resources and administrative functions, including staffing and budget oversight
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field and four years of related experience or equivalent education and experience
- Excellent knowledge of FDA, HSR, and GCP Guidelines
- Experience in grant writing and managing program budgets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor team members
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
