Program Manager

Job Summary

Owning the full lifecycle of strategic ecosystem accounts, the remote Program Manager will manage client engagements from kickoff through delivery, renewal, and expansion while ensuring alignment across various teams and maintaining high client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client kickoffs and oversee end-to-end audit delivery, managing scope and quality throughout the process
• Administer program governance by maintaining core artifacts and formulating executive-level status reports for stakeholders
• Build account intelligence by maintaining knowledge of client ecosystems and identifying upsell opportunities to drive business growth

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Customer Success, or a related customer-facing technical role
• Technical background sufficient to review code at a high level and engage in discussions about smart contract architecture
• Deep understanding of blockchain ecosystems and open-source business models
• Exceptional relationship-building skills and strong commercial instincts for managing renewals and account expansions
• Advanced knowledge of project management tools such as GitHub, Notion, and Slack
