Program Manager
Job Summary
Driving cross-functional initiatives, the full-time Staff Program Manager will collaborate with the VP of Post Sales and various directors to develop structured plans, manage reporting, and operationalize processes in a remote-first environment.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with leadership to create clear, sequenced plans for Post Sales priorities
- Aggregate reporting and updates for OKRs and performance metrics
- Drive high-priority cross-functional initiatives to completion across multiple departments
Required qualifications
- 4 to 7 years of experience in program or project management, business operations, or revenue operations
- Proven ability to manage ambiguous initiatives and bring structure to complex projects
- Strong skills in gathering requirements and translating business needs into specifications
- Experience influencing stakeholders towards shared goals without direct authority
- Familiarity with Post Sales and Customer Success metrics, along with data interpretation skills
