Job Summary

Overseeing multiple interrelated projects, the full-time remote Program Manager will design governance frameworks, translate organizational strategy into program objectives, and ensure coordinated execution across workstreams while providing visibility into progress and risks to senior leadership.

• Design and implement program governance frameworks, roadmaps, and operating cadences
• Translate organizational strategy into clear program objectives, outcomes, milestones, and measures of success
• Oversee multiple interrelated projects, ensuring coordinated execution and alignment across workstreams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Organizational Leadership, or a related field
• Progressive experience leading complex, cross-functional programs of strategic importance
• Ability to manage interrelated projects, competing priorities, and shared dependencies
• Advanced stakeholder management, negotiation, and executive communication skills
• Strong strategic thinking, organizational design, and change management skills
